Dr. Wood has been a leader in her field and has a distinguished professional career, with her international research experience and as an Indonesian-American Dr. Wood brings a unique, diversified viewpoint to research. 

 

Dr. Wood holds a Ph.D. in Health Communication from the National University of Malaysia U.K.M. (2022) and a Master's in Public Health from the University of Indonesia U.I. (2009). She also earned a prominent Data Scientist certification from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.), U.S.A. (2023). 

 

Dr. Wood has over ten years of experience as a Senior Lecturer of Research and Methodology at the University of Indonesia and several private universities across Europe and Southeast Asia. She also had the honor of contributing to the academic landscape as a Fellow Researcher at Geneva Universität in Switzerland with the Brocher Foundation (2015-2016). She has since been actively involved in several public health projects and publications.

Her proficiency in a wide range of programming languages, including Python, SQL, TensorFlow, A.W.S., Git, and statistical tools such as SAS/STATA, PLS-SEM, SPSS, and R, has significantly strengthened her ability to construct intricate research models and lay the foundation for groundbreaking health data science projects.

 

Beyond her professional pursuits, Dr. Wood finds solace in nature, pursuing hiking and exploration as cherished hobbies. Committed to making a positive impact, she dedicates her time to volunteering in the local refugee community, assisting with their medical needs.
